Grilled Peaches With Sweet Sugared Pecans

Ingredients
3-4 peaches sliced into quarters
4 tbsp butter
local honey for drizzling
3/4 cup brown sugar
100g bag of pecans
vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Add 2 tbsp butter to one side of the grill and let it melt.
Place the peach halves fuzz-side down onto the melted butter. Grill for 2–3 minutes.
While grilling, drizzle honey over the peaches and sprinkle with a generous amount of brown sugar (Save 2 tbsp for later).
After 3 minutes, flip the peaches and continue grilling for another 2–3 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine pecans, 3 tbsp honey, and 2 tbsp brown sugar.
On the other side of the grill, melt 2 tbsp butter. Once melted, add the pecan mixture.
Toss the pecans until the honey and sugar are caramelized and the pecans are lightly toasted.
To serve, add 1–2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a bowl, top with 1–2 pieces of grilled peach, and sprinkle with the toasted pecans.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
