Cheesy Zucchini & Corn Skillet

Ingredients
Cheesy Zucchini
2 med zucchini
olive oil
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic salt
1/2 cup grated cheddar
S&P to taste
Corn Skillet
2 cobs of corn cooked and cut off the cob
1 large red pepper diced
2 tbsp (Approx) Von Slick’s butter
1 tbsp steak spice
Directions:
Cheesy Grilled Zucchini
Cut the ends off the zucchini.
Slice in half lengthwise, then cut each half into strips.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush lightly with olive oil.
Place zucchini strips on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until tender and lightly charred.
Sprinkle with garlic salt, and onion powder, then cook for 1 more minute.
Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Once the cheese is melted and gooey, remove from the grill.
Serve hot—messy but delicious as a side or snack!
Corn & Pepper Skillet
Cut the kernels off pre-grilled corn (or use raw).
Dice one red pepper.
In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp Von Slick’s Butter Sticks over medium heat.
Add corn kernels, chopped red pepper and 1 tbsp steak spice.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the peppers soften and the corn is heated through.
Serve warm with your favourite grilled meats!
