Viral Spinach & Artichoke Bake

Ingredients
1 454g bag Kaslo Sourdough Macaroni
1 container of Hofstede’s Spinach & Artichoke Dip
1 Grimm’s sausage ring sliced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes sliced
2 cups fresh spinach
3-4 cups chicken or vegetable broth (enough to cover noodles)
2 tbsp dried onion & parsley mix
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a 9x13 baking dish, add the pasta.
Add the sliced sausage and sliced sundried tomatoes on one side of the dish.
Add the spinach to the other side on top of the pasta.
Place the dip in the center on top of the pasta.
Pour the broth into the dish until it reaches the top of the noodles.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dried onion, and parsley.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
Remove from the oven and stir everything together.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Top with grated Parmesan cheese and cracked pepper for extra flavor, if desired.
