Pull Apart Holiday Star

Ingredients
1 397g pack tenderflake puff pastry
1/4 cup The Bog Cranberry Raspberry Jam (you can use more if you like)
1 egg beaten
powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly flour your work surface and roll out one puff pastry square.
Using a medium-sized bowl and a knife, cut a circle from the pastry.
Repeat with the second pastry square.
Place one pastry round on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread jam evenly over the surface.
Carefully place the second pastry round on top.
Set the jam jar (or a small glass) in the centre of the pastry. Lightly trace around it with a knife to mark a circle — do not cut through the centre.
Starting from the outer edge, cut 10 even-ish strips around the traced circle.
Working around the pastry, twist two strips together to form star points. Repeat until all strips are twisted.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
