Grillwurst Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients
1 grillwurst sausage log sliced into 18 rounds
1 125g wheel Brie cut into 18 pieces
1 jar The Bog Cran Pepper jelly
1 - 2 sprigs of rosemary
Instructions
Slice grillwurst into rounds.
Heat a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the grillwurst until golden and warmed through.
Add the brie directly onto the warm sausage and allow it to start melting slightly.
Remove from heat.
Spoon cranberry pepper jelly over top and finish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
Serve immediately while warm and melty.
