Greek Naan Wraps

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces

1 pkg Hofstede’s naan bread

1 500ml bottle Rendezvous Greek Dressing

1 cup plain Greek Yogurt

2 tbsp Spice Works Tzatziki

1/4 cup grated cucumber

1/2 cup crumbled feta

1 long english cucumber

2 bell pepper chopped small

1 small red onion chopped small

1/2 cup grape tomatoes sliced in half

Directions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    Chop chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add about ½ cup of Greek dressing and mix well.

  2. Grill the Chicken:
    Heat your grill to medium-high. Grill the marinated chicken pieces until fully cooked and nicely browned, turning occasionally (about 10–12 minute,s depending on size).

  3. Prep the Salad:
    While the chicken is grilling, chop your vegetables for the Greek salad. Add them to a bowl and toss with about ½ cup of Greek dressing. Set aside.

  4. Make the Tzatziki:
    In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, and your spice mix. Stir until well blended. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.

  5. Warm the Naan:
    Once the chicken is cooked, clean the grill and warm the naan bread. Just enough to warm and soften it (1–2 minutes per side).

  6. Assemble the Wraps:
    Lay a naan flat and spread a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce over it. Top with a scoop of Greek salad, grilled chicken, and crumbled feta cheese. Repeat.

  7. Serve:
    Fold the naan in half like a wrap or gyro and enjoy immediately!
