Chorizo Hot Honey Pizza

Ingredients
3 cups self rising flour
3 cups plain greek yogurt
1.5 cups pizza sauce
3 chorizo sausages cooked and chopped into bite sized pieces
1.5 cups ricotta cheese
1.5 cups fresh spinach torn
1 cup fresh mozzarella
hot honey to drizzle
Instructions
In a stand mixer or large bowl, combine 3 cups self-rising flour and 3 cups plain Greek yogurt. Mix until fully combined,00 and a soft dough forms.
Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Shape into balls, wrap each tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out one dough ball into a round shape. Transfer to a baking sheet.
Top the dough with sauce, spinach, cooked chorizo, dollops of ricotta, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and a drizzle of hot honey.
Repeat with remaining dough balls
Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Finish with an extra drizzle of hot honey, slice, and enjoy!
