Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 Large Romaine Head
1 PKG Johnston Lean Ground Beef
1 Can Italissima Black Beans
1 PKG Spice Age Tacobout Seasoning
1 Jalapeno Jack Cheese Chunk
1 Small Red Onion
1 Large Yellow Pepper
1 Container Hofstede's Fresh Salsa
Directions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add ground beef and 2 tbsp Tacobout Tasty seasoning. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
While the beef cooks, grate cheese and wash/chop lettuce, peppers, and onions.
Drain the can of beans and add to the cooked beef. Stir and heat through.
In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup olive oil and 1 tbsp Tacobout Tasty seasoning to make the dressing.
Toss the chopped lettuce with the dressing until evenly coated.
Build your bowls: start with dressed lettuce, then top with the beef & bean mixture, peppers, onions, cheese, and Hofstedeβs salsa.
Want extra crunch? Add crushed taco chips on top.
