Fresh Herb Potato Salad

Ingredients
3lb bag baby potatoes
1.5 cups sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp garlic powder
S&P to taste
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped fresh chives
½ cup chopped fresh dill
Directions
Cut potatoes in half and place them in a pot of water. Bring to a boil.
While the potatoes are boiling, in a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the freshly chopped herbs.
Once the potatoes are fork-tender, drain the water.
Add the warm potatoes to the creamy herb mixture and toss to coat.
Serve warm, or refrigerate and enjoy cold.
